Each week people from the Balko community and surrounding areas gather at Balko Baptist Church on Sunday mornings to worship the Lord, study the Holy Bible, and fellowship with like minded people. The morning begins at 10am with Small Groups, sometimes known as Sunday School. There are multiple classes available for all ages. Some are traditional classes with study from a lesson book, others are non-traditional with video lessons followed by discussion.
At 11am, all attendees move to the sanctuary for the service. Traditional hymns are sang followed by announcements and the taking up of offering. Then the Praise Band takes the stage for the worship service, followed by a message by the pastor from God's Word and an invitation for anyone who might need to share any decisions made.
